Porthcothan Site Update: Residential Planning Progress

This bespoke replacement dwelling is now under construction and progressing steadily on site. It’s always rewarding to see a project move from early strategy and design through to a built form within its setting.

In this case, the project is being led on site by the client, with our involvement stepping back after providing a detailed Building Regulations pack. It’s a great example of how considered design and a good pack of information can provide a strong foundation for delivery.

At Laurence Associates, we bring together architecture, planning and landscape expertise to shape projects from the outset, ensuring they achieve support at planning stage, then helping set them up for a smooth transition into construction.
