We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Planner to join our team. Key Details:
- Position: Senior Planner
- Location: Cornwall
- Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a planning-related role
- Qualifications: Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) – ideally working towards Chartered Membership (MRTPI) if not already qualified

About You:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a planning-related role, ideally within a consultancy or local authority setting. The ideal candidate will hold MRTPI status but someone actively working towards this accreditation will be considered.
