We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join Laurence Associates, a well-established multidisciplinary team based in Cornwall. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Planner or Senior Planner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about planning and looking to advance their career with a leading practice in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, contributing to the sustainable development and growth of Cornwall’s built environment. With ample opportunities for professional development and career progression, this is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in the region.

Key Details:

  • Position: Planner / Senior Planner
  • Location: Cornwall
  • Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Qualifications: MRTPI preferred but not essential
  • Benefits: Health insurance package and access to a supportive, professional environment with opportunities for growth and development

About You:

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a planning-related role, ideally within a consultancy or local authority setting. The ideal candidate will hold an MRTPI accreditation but not essential. This position is perfect for a planner who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in planning practice.
