Current Progress on Site in Falmouth

We are pleased to provide an update from one of our current residential projects in Falmouth, Cornwall, where excellent progress continues across all areas of the build.

Externally, the property is now making a striking impression, with roofing works, cladding details and glazing installations helping define the finished appearance of the home. The architectural form is now clearly visible, showcasing a clean and contemporary design that responds beautifully to its coastal setting.

Inside the property, internal layouts are now fully established, and rooms are beginning to take shape. First fix works and early finishing stages are progressing well, bringing the interior one step closer to completion.

This project is a great example of the importance of careful planning, quality workmanship and strong coordination at every stage of construction. We are proud of the progress achieved so far and grateful to all contractors and specialists involved.

We look forward to sharing the next update as works continue in the coming weeks.

Laurence Associates can assist with planning applications for community led improvements, shared public spaces and private development proposals. If you have a project in mind, our team would be happy to discuss the best route forward.
