Celebrating 20 Years of Creativity and Leadership with Jason Pledger

Today marks a major milestone at Laurence Associates as we celebrate 20 years of creativity, leadership, and dedication from Jason Pledger.

Since joining the practice in 2006, Jason has played a pivotal role in shaping and developing our Design and Landscape team into the dynamic and highly respected department it is today. Tasked with growing the design arm of the practice, he has more than achieved that vision, building a creative, energetic team known for its expertise, innovation, and enthusiasm across every project they deliver.

With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, Jason is a passionate architectural designer whose knowledge and commitment to excellence continue to inspire both colleagues and clients alike. Under his leadership, the team has earned a strong reputation for working collaboratively with clients from the very beginning of a project, guiding them from initial design brief through to project management and final completion. This hands on and client focused approach ensures every vision is transformed into a bespoke and innovative design solution.

Jason’s ability to combine technical expertise with creativity has been instrumental in delivering high quality projects across a wide range of sectors. His dedication to exceptional design, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes have made him a trusted figure within the industry and among our clients.

Highly respected by peers and professionals alike, Jason is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and a Chartered Building Engineer, reflecting both his technical knowledge and professional standing within the sector.

As we celebrate Jason’s remarkable 20-year journey with Laurence Associates, we reflect on the significant contribution he has made to the growth and success of the practice. We are incredibly proud to have him as part of our leadership team and look forward to seeing his creativity, passion, and expertise continue to shape the future of Laurence Associates for many years to come.
