Laurence Associates is an award-winning planning-led architectural practice with offices in Truro and Exeter.

This role will be based at our head office in Truro where our team of town planners, architects, technologists, designers and landscape architects work together to offer a fully integrated approach to development, from concept to completion.

A well-established, professional and friendly practice, we have a proven track record for securing planning permission for challenging sites, attracting nationwide commissions on a range of projects.

No two days are the same as you’ll use your skills and experience to ensure our clients achieve their goals across a diverse range of projects including renewable energy schemes, residential developments and commercial proposals through to luxury coastal properties and individually designed homes.

Career Planner
Laurence Associates is seeking to appoint a new Planner / Senior Planner.

Candidates must be proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused. The successful candidate will have a range of planning skills and knowledge including dealing with a range of planning application sizes and types.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a planning role and a planning degree or qualification is desirable. Applications from more senior candidates are also welcome as this is a career-grade post.

RTPI membership is desirable, but not essential as we will support you in working towards becoming chartered.
