Planning Permission for Community Garden Redevelopment in Newquay

Laurence Associates is pleased to announce the successful approval of full planning permission for the redevelopment of a community garden in Newquay.

The project will revitalise an underused public space that had fallen into disrepair, creating a safer, greener and more welcoming environment for the local community. Our planning team worked closely with external architects and community representatives to help shape and secure consent for the scheme.

The approved redevelopment introduces a new layout for the site, including new benches, lawn space, redesigned planting beds, the installation of a shade sail and new, improved access routes.

Once complete, the scheme will deliver a range of benefits to the town. It will enhance the character of the area, improve safety, support nearby businesses, increase the ecological value of the site and encourage greater use of this important community asset.

We look forward to seeing the transformed garden enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.

Laurence Associates can assist with planning applications for community led improvements, shared public spaces and private development proposals. If you have a project in mind, our team would be happy to discuss the best route forward.
