Welcoming Tait to Laurence Associates
We’re pleased to welcome Tait to Laurence Associates as our new Architectural Assistant.
Tait graduated in 2025 with a Master’s in Architecture from Plymouth University, before gaining valuable experience in technical design at a local architectural practice.
During this time, Tait worked across a broad range of projects, from large scale commercial developments to smaller residential dwellings. This experience has given him a strong understanding of the technical side of architecture, as well as the opportunity to work across different scales and types of projects.
Tait has a particular interest in restoration and environmentally conscious design, with a focus on low impact construction methods and climate responsive design. His approach reflects a growing interest in how thoughtful architectural design can respond to its surroundings, make better use of existing buildings and consider environmental impact throughout the design process.
As part of the Laurence Associates team, Tait will have the opportunity to continue developing his architectural experience while contributing to a diverse range of projects across Cornwall and beyond.
We’re looking forward to seeing Tait build on his existing experience, develop his skills and become an important part of our architectural team.
