Coastal Cornish Home Design | Contemporary Architecture

As another week draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to revisit one of our residential projects in Cornwall as it continues to progress through the technical design phase.

The replacement dwelling has been carefully shaped through a combination of natural stone, timber cladding and dark standing seam metalwork, creating a contemporary home that responds sensitively to its surroundings.

While the overall architectural concept remains clear and simple, much of the work at this stage focuses on the finer details. Material junctions, construction coordination and technical refinement all play an important role in ensuring the finished building delivers on the original design vision.

We look forward to sharing further updates as the project moves closer to construction.

In the meantime, we wish everyone a relaxing weekend. The Laurence Associates team will be back in the office on Monday and available to answer any questions.
