Planning permission has recently been secured for a carefully considered extension to a property within the Padstow Conservation Area.

The proposal forms part of a wider programme of renovation and remodelling works, following the successful approval of an earlier application for the replacement of the existing outbuildings.

A key feature of the scheme is the addition of a roof top terrace, creating a unique opportunity to enjoy views across the Camel Estuary. The design required a sensitive approach, carefully balancing the aspirations of the homeowner with the need to protect the privacy of neighbouring properties and the setting of an adjoining listed building.

With works already progressing on site, we look forward to seeing this considered transformation take shape and bring a new chapter to this coastal property.
