Planning Permission Success for Barn Conversion

We are very pleased to get a positive decision to amend the wording of an onerous planning condition for our client. The planning condition was preventing him from using his barn for its intended purpose, so we applied to vary it, submitting detailed information to justify the change.

This marks an important milestone for the project and keeps progress moving in the right direction! We’re looking forward to sharing further developments soon.

If you’re planning a project and want straightforward, practical planning advice, contact Laurence Associates for a free, no-obligation consultation.
