Vickery Holman Market Review

We’re looking forward to attending the upcoming Vickery Holman Market Review at The Alverton on 10 March 2026.

The Vickery Holman team will be sharing insights into the current commercial property market across Cornwall, with commentary on key themes across the development, investment, office, retail and industrial sectors. The morning will begin with breakfast, followed by expert analysis and plenty of time for networking with professionals from across the region.

Our Planning Director, Liz Alexander and Associate Planner, Sam Fuller, will be there to connect with developers, investors and industry colleagues. With offices in both Exeter and Truro, Laurence Associates is well placed to support projects throughout the Southwest.

If you are attending, do come and say hello. We would love to chat about your projects, planning strategy and how the right approach can unlock development potential.

See you there!
