Laurence Associates Connects with Exeter’s Property Community
Laurence Associates Director Jason Pledger attended the Michelmores Property Development Club (PDC) in Exeter yesterday, joining developers, property professionals and advisers from across the local market.
Celebrating its 23rd anniversary in 2026, the PDC provides an established forum for the property community to connect, exchange knowledge and build relationships through a series of events each year.
Supporting Exeter’s Built Environment
With an office in Exeter, Laurence Associates is actively connected to the region’s evolving built environment. Engaging with the local property community provides valuable opportunities to share perspectives, strengthen professional relationships and understand the opportunities and challenges influencing development.
As a multidisciplinary practice working across planning, architecture, landscape and energy, we recognise the importance of collaboration in bringing together different areas of expertise to support well considered development.
Events such as the PDC create space for these conversations, helping professionals build connections and explore opportunities to work together across the sector.
Building Connections for the Future
Strong professional relationships are an important part of supporting successful projects. Connecting with developers, consultants and other industry professionals helps encourage collaboration and the exchange of ideas that can benefit the places in which we work.
We would like to thank Michelmores for organising the event and continuing to provide a platform for Exeter’s property community to come together.
We look forward to continuing these conversations and strengthening our connections across Exeter, Devon and the wider Southwest.
