From Brief to Concept

Once the design brief has been established, our architects and designers begin developing detailed concept proposals. These are informed by a thorough understanding of the site, alongside careful analysis of planning, environmental and physical constraints.

Our concepts are communicated through a range of formats, including hand drawn sketches, two and three dimensional CAD drawings, computer generated imagery and photographic montages.
