Cape Cornwall Club Redevelopment | Laurence Associates

Set within the highly designated West Penwith landscape, permission for the redevelopment of the Cape Cornwall Club was approved following detailed negotiations with the National Trust to resolve a covenant issue, followed by a detailed planning application to Cornwall Council. The development is proceeding in phases, with the first phase of 8 additional letting rooms now complete and sitting very comfortably within the hinterland of Cape Cornwall.

The scheme includes an additional block of 4 letting rooms, plus 2 more within the body of the main clubhouse itself. A significant extension to the function room, a remodelled extension to the restaurant and a standalone manager’s unit are all to follow, and we look forward to seeing these in due course.
