James Vivian Promoted to Associate Director

Laurence Associates is delighted to announce the promotion of James Vivian to Associate Director.

James has been an integral part of the Laurence Associates team for more than 19 years and his promotion reflects his outstanding contribution to the practice, his technical expertise and his unwavering commitment to delivering successful projects for our clients.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, James brings a wealth of experience across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, tourism and leisure developments.

Throughout his career with Laurence Associates, James has played a key role in transforming concepts into deliverable projects. His extensive knowledge of building technology, construction detailing and project delivery has helped guide schemes from planning approval through to construction and completion.

Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams, James oversees the preparation of construction and building regulation drawings, technical specifications and project documentation. He also provides contract administration, project management and site inspection services, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

James’s promotion to Associate Director recognises not only his professional achievements but also the leadership, dedication and collaborative approach that have made him such a valued member of the team.

Everyone at Laurence Associates would like to congratulate James on this well-deserved achievement and thank him for his continued commitment to the business. We look forward to seeing him thrive in his new role and continue contributing to the success of our clients and projects across the Southwest.

Congratulations, James!
