We are looking for an experienced and motivated Planner or Senior Planner to join our team. Key Details:
- Position: Planner / Senior Planner
- Location: Cornwall
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Qualifications: MRTPI preferred but not essential

About You:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a planning-related role, ideally within a consultancy or local authority setting. The ideal candidate will hold an MRTPI accreditation but not essential. This position is perfect for a planner who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in planning practice.
