Laurence Associates Attending Townsend Landowner Seminar

We are really excited to be attending the Townsend Chartered Surveyors seminar for landowners and developers on Monday 23rd March.

Our Planning Director, Liz Alexander, and Associate Planner, Sam Fuller, will be there representing Laurence Associates.

The first of the two seminars will explore how farmers and landowners can realise long term value from land suitable for development, at what could be one of the best opportunities in years for securing planning permission.

Guest speakers from Michelmores Solicitors will provide insight into recent changes to planning policy and legislation, as well as outlining how Strategic Land transactions can be structured and key considerations for landowners.

Events like this are a great opportunity to connect with developers, investors, and industry colleagues, while sharing insight into planning and development opportunities across the region.

If you are attending, do come and say hello. Liz and Sam would be delighted to meet and chat about your projects and planning strategy.

We look forward to seeing you there.
