Celebrating 20 Years of Leadership - Richard Marsden

Today marks a significant milestone at Laurence Associates – 20 years of leadership, dedication, and excellence from our Managing Director, Richard Marsden.

For two decades, Richard has been the driving force behind our multidisciplinary practice, shaping our strategic direction and setting the standard for quality in planning, architecture, and landscape architecture. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in planning, his expertise has been instrumental in building our reputation as a trusted and forward-thinking practice.

Richard’s approach goes beyond technical knowledge. His ability to navigate complex applications, lead appeals and inquiries, and build strong relationships with planning authorities has consistently delivered exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Highly respected by peers and clients alike, Richard’s collaborative spirit and strategic insight continue to guide our practice forward.

Please join us in celebrating Richard’s remarkable 20-year journey. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished under his leadership – and we’re even more excited for what lies ahead.
