Home Renovation Progress Falmouth

Great progress is being made on our Falmouth home renovation project near Gyllyngvase Beach.

The original bungalow has now been fully stripped back, with the roof removed in the New Year to allow the next phase of works to move forward. Since then, the primary steelwork has been installed and the new posi-joist floor structure is now in place, marking a major step forward on site.

The team have made excellent progress despite a run of winter storms, which has been a particularly challenging period for our clients who have continued living in the property while the roof was off. Their patience and trust throughout this stage of the build has been hugely appreciated.

The floor deck will be completed this week, allowing the new first floor timber frame walls to start going up shortly. This is a key milestone in the project and the point at which the scale and form of the new home will really begin to reveal itself.

More updates to follow as this family home continues to take shape.

If you’re looking to renovate your home in 2026, we’d love to hear from you.
