Current Vacancies – Senior Landscape Architect 

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join Laurence Associates, a well-established multidisciplinary team based in Cornwall. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Landscape Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about landscape design and assessment, looking to advance their career with a leading practice in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality landscape and visual impact assessments (LVIAs) and innovative design solutions. With ample opportunities for professional development and career progression, this is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on a diverse range of projects.

Key Details:

  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with expertise in LVIAs
  • Qualifications: Member of the Landscape Institute (Chartered status preferred)

About You:

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of five years’ experience in a landscape architecture role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LVIA preparation, possess excellent design and technical skills, and be a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (or working towards chartered status). This position is perfect for a landscape architect who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to high-quality design.
