Planning permission was granted on appeal for this 6MW scheme after Laurence Associates had prepared the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and submitted the application on behalf of our clients.
Despite obtaining the support of the planning officers and negotiating mitigation works to overcome concerns from the AONB Unit, Councillors refused the application. The appeal was dealt with by way of a Hearing and we represented our clients at this. The appeal Inspector allowed the appeal, subject to conditions.
