Trevelver Farm

Working closely with our clients, diversifying landowners and dairy farmers, to realise their vision for this extensive site situated on a much coveted position with expansive views over the Camel Estuary.

The initial brief and masterplan included the construction of a new annexe to the Grade II* Listed Manor House, conversion of a large barn and roundhouse, and plans for a new boutique hotel with over twenty bedrooms to accommodate guests for shooting parties in winter and holidaymakers in the summer.

The scheme included demolishing redundant agricultural sheds and burying unsightly cables underground, opening up the stunning views across the wider estuary.

The first phase was to build the detached annexe sited between listed farm house and round barn.

Works began pre pandemic renovating and extending the barn and roundhouse, adding the sympathetic single storey extension in the language of the main barn, including glazed gable end facing the camel estuary, which was completed in 2021.

This is a large, multifaceted project with a staged planning and construction approach over a number of years.
