Breakwater - Sennen, Cornwall
Breakwater is an impressive and contemporary redevelopment situated on the elevated coastline at Sennen, with breathtaking views, impressive architecture and vibrant interiors.
Planning permission was granted to replace the existing and dated 3 story split level bungalow. The dwelling that now stands is an impressive 5 bedroom reversed style living property.
The first floor provides an open plan living space, where sparkling ocean views span the whole floor, and high-vaulted ceilings allows natural light pour in. Views stretch as far as Longships Lighthouse and the Isles of Scilly on clear days.
The lower ground floor is split leveled with 5 bedrooms including the master suite and it also boasts a cinema room, landscaped gardens with ‘love island’ seating and a hot tub.
Contract Value 850,000
