Dracaena Avenue

We secured planning permission for the demolition of an existing car sales centre and its replacement with a block of apartments within the town of Falmouth. This followed successful negotiations with the local planning authority, following an earlier refusal on the site.

Our approved design comprises nineteen apartments on previously developed land in a highly sustainable urban location within Falmouth town centre. The apartment building is three storeys in height with proposed materials reflecting the local vernacular of predominantly white render.

The inclusion of timber cladding and glass balustrades affords a contemporary design aesthetic and helps to break up the massing of the building.
