Hoplass Farm
This 5MW solar farm was the subject of detailed negotiations with the planning authority but it failed to determine the application, leading to an appeal against non-determination.
The Council chose to challenge the appeal, as if it had refused the application.
Having prepared the application submission and the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, we represented our clients, along with Counsel, at a Hearing. The appeal was allowed and planning permission granted.
