Grove Hill
A revised plan to demolish a 1930s house on a spacious plot in the small village of Mawnan Smith, three miles south of Falmouth, and replace it with two new homes.
We had already designed and secured permission for a similar scheme on behalf of our clients, but some minor modifications to the original project necessitated a fresh planning application.
The site, towards the southern side of the village, is flanked by houses and sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The new two-storey homes boast timber cladding around the first floor and painted render below, and are topped with natural slate roofs.
