Duporth Bay

An expression of white crisp simplicity, nestled away within the residential area of Duporth, along the coast from the historic town of Charlestown. This full house renovation with new extensions provide 180 degree uninterrupted views over Duporth Bay.

Our task was to provide linking extensions to the side and rear of the property with enlarge openings to the rear to take advantage of the sea views. Extended balcony from the first floor bedrooms, complete insulated house wrap and crisp new silicone render system brings this property back to life, whilst providing energy saving benefits.

The new extensions and main living space opens up to reveal an enlarged rear level terrace with 6m wide feature steps leading to landscaped garden facing the sea.

Laurence Associates provided RIBA work stages from 1-7 to bring this 1980’s home back into the 21st century.

The project commenced in January 2022 and work has since completed in the spring 2023.
