An impressive detached two storey property including annexe which covers over 5000 sq.ft set adjacent to the Enys Estate, amidst an attractive woodland setting near Mylor.
Our brief was to design and oversee a complete renovation of the property and annexe with modern additions. This included master bedroom, living room and structural alterations with new modern black stained larch clad sun lounge extension with feature glazed eaves windows overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens.
A phased construction project over 4 years to provide a full house renovation scheme including interior design.
Works are due to complete in 2023/24.
