Atlantic House

Atlantic House is a stunning extension situated in the coastal village of Sennen. We were successful in obtaining planning permission for our clients to enable this extension to an existing dwelling. Alongside our planning services, we were also instructed on all architectural and design services for the development.

The spacious and airy extension to a small coastal cottage was at the rear of the property and the design incorporated the use of a glazed link to not only provide a beautiful, light and cohesive open planning living space but also creating maximum space with a high vaulted roof area.

What has been developed has been done so with a sympathetic, keen eye and attention to detail, now with the interiors in situ the family coastal home has a really luxurious finish. The final expansion to the existing dwelling has enabled the owners to create a contemporary coastal living area and an enviable outdoor space.
