Laurence Associates Secures Approval for Replacement Dwelling

We are delighted to announce that Laurence Associates has secured planning approval for a replacement dwelling, following the successful granting of Class Q permission on the site.

With the initial Class Q consent achieved by our team, we recognised the opportunity to explore a higher quality, bespoke solution for our client. A clear and considered planning and architectural strategy was essential from the outset.

We engaged proactively with the Local Authority through the pre application process to test the principles of the proposed design. This early dialogue ensured we understood any concerns, identified opportunities and shaped a proposal with the best chance of success.

Taking on board the pre application advice, our in-house architects and planners developed a design that balanced Local Authority expectations with our client’s aspirations. The result was a carefully considered scheme that respected its setting while delivering a high-quality replacement dwelling.

Following submission, the application received support from both the Parish Council and the Local Authority. A swift decision was issued, granting approval for the scheme.

This project reflects our collaborative approach, strategic planning expertise and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.

If you are exploring the potential of your site, whether through Class Q or a replacement dwelling proposal, Click here to discuss how a strategic and well-informed approach can maximise your chances of success.
