These span, but are not limited to, high-end residential developments, commercial and tourism schemes, luxury coastal properties, bespoke homes, and renewable energy developments.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Planning Director to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a minimum of 5 years post-chartered  experience to take on a leadership role within our practice. The successful candidate will form part of the practice’s management team, manage the planning team on a day-to-day basis, and play a pivotal role in managing and guiding projects, ensuring the highest standards of planning and development are upheld.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum DOE
• 30 days annual leave plus all bank and public holidays

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Be MRTPI qualified
• Have 5+ years’ post chartered experience in a town planning role
• Ideally have previous team leadership experience
• Have experience in client facing work
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be a critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be organised, flexible, proactive and professional and commercially minded
• Be enthusiastic about leading other professionals within the business
