Chloe, who joined Laurence Associates in 2018, is responsible for the planning function of the practice, managing a team of planning consultants.  She works on a wide variety of development proposals and planning applications, from householder extensions through to complex appeals.

Chloe holds a Masters degree in Architectural Conservation from Plymouth University. Prior to joining Laurence Associates, Chloe worked at Cornwall Council for 13 years, specialising in major housing schemes, infrastructure projects, town frameworks, wind energy development and neighbourhood planning.

Following the RTPI’s stringent Assessment of Professional Competence Chloe is now a RTPI Chartered Town Planner.
