The Role
We are seeking a motivated Town Planner to join our dynamic team in Cornwall. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum (doe)
- 22 days annual leave plus all bank and public holidays

The Successful Candidate Will:
- Ideally have a planning degree or qualification
- Have 5+ years’ experience in a town planning role
- Be working towards, or willing to work towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI
- Have experience in client facing work
- Be a critical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be organised, flexible, proactive and professional and commercially minded
- Be enthusiastic about working collaboratively with other professionals within the business
