Working closely with our clients, diversifying landowners and dairy farmers, to realise their vision for this extensive site situated on a much coveted position with expansive views over the Camel Estuary.

The initial brief and masterplan included the construction of a new annexe to the Grade II* Listed Manor House, conversion of a large barn and roundhouse.

Works began pre pandemic renovating and extending the barn and roundhouse, adding the sympathetic single storey extension in the language of the main barn, including glazed gable end facing the camel estuary, which was completed in 2021.
