Trevarrian Creamery is on the edge of Trevarrian village, overlooking a shallow valley. The building is used to manufacturer a variety of cheeses. Our client wished to double the size of the building to enable expansion of the business.
We were instructed to apply for Planning and Building Regulations approval. This included producing a masterplan for the site which minimised the visual impact of doubling the size of this industrial building from sensitive viewpoints through sensitive use of bunding and screen planting. The building design had to meet the BREEAM 'Excellent' standard in order for the client to secure grant funding.
